Technology scale-ups planning their next phase of growth, corporate innovation teams building new products or venturing programmes, and international companies entering the Netherlands and wider European market. Engagements usually start somewhere between a clear ambition and an unclear path to it.
How do you work — projects or ongoing support?
Both. Some engagements are defined projects with a fixed scope and end date, such as a market entry assessment or a go-to-market plan. Others are ongoing, where we stay involved through execution. We'll suggest the shape that fits the decision you're facing.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It starts with a short conversation about the problem, followed by a written proposal setting out scope, timeline, and deliverables. Most projects run between four and twelve weeks. You'll always know what you're getting and when.
Do you stay involved after the strategy is delivered?
Yes. Strategy that stops at the slide deck doesn't change anything. Where it makes sense, we stay on through implementation — running the pilot, supporting the first customer conversations, or working alongside your team.
We're not based in Europe. Can you still help us enter the market?
That's a core part of what we do. We work with companies from Turkey and elsewhere on market analysis, customer validation, and building the local partner and customer network needed to land properly rather than just legally register an entity.
