Melis Akcan

Melis has spent fifteen years working across strategy consulting and operating roles, at KPMG and Frost & Sullivan, as a startup founder, and as commercial lead of a defence software spin-off, where her team captured over 70% of the Turkish market. Today she runs the European operations of a software company from Eindhoven and serves as Vice Chair of the Digital Transformation Committee at ASD, the European aerospace and defence industry association. She founded M Strategy to do for other companies what she does in her own work: design the strategy, then stay for the execution.
